Return Policy

We have a 21-day return or refund policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or refund, you can contact us at santos@jyotifoods.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If your refund is accepted, we'll issue a refund, typically, within 24 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please take note that the cost of return shipment will be deducted from your original payment.

Sometimes after the order is placed some of the item(s) will be out of stock. In that condition we will issue a refund of the exact amount of the item(s) that is out of stock from the order list and refund will be issued towards the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase to simplify the transaction.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges. If any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
