How we started
Our story starts in 1979, when our founder Jyoti Gupta set out to introduce the tastes and aromas of Indian home-style cooking.
In 1980, we were among the first to grace the shelves of Whole Foods and over the years, Jyoti Natural Foods has become known for producing high-quality, nutritious foods that are both delicious and pantry-friendly.
With an MS in Nutrition and Food Processing Diplomas from top universities, Jyoti is a true expert in her field and a role model for young dietitians worldwide.
