Spicy Chickpea Salad
Serves 6
Ingredients
1 can JYOTI Natural Punjabi Chhole Chickpeas
2 green bell peppers, diced finely
2 red bell peppers, diced finely
1 small red onion, diced finely
1 hot green chili, minced (optional)
2 tablespoons cilantro, freshly chopped
Naan or pita bread, for serving (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the bread in a large mixing bowl.
Let sit refrigerated 2-3 hours so that the flavors can blend well together.
Serve at room temperature with the bread cut into wedges.
