A note about GINGER: We use fresh ginger root in many of our foods. Ginger is a fibrous root, and some ginger is VERY fibrous. We process the ginger root through an industrial food processor to chop it, and that some times produces long fibers in the chopped ginger. These fibers, that may look like animal hair, are sometimes present in our foods. Please rest assured that it is only ginger, and completely removing those fibers by using dry ginger powder will take away a lot of the very flavor that you like.
