While India is a country comprising an enormous variety of regional cuisines featuring numerous techniques and dishes, Indian cuisine is, as a whole, nutritious and rich in flavor. Vegetables and legumes form the basis of the Indian diet and Indian vegetarian meals are very typically high in fiber and healthy nutrients.

JYOTi Natural Foods honors the Indian culinary tradition by producing dishes according to traditional recipes, prepared with top quality ingredients; however we are also very attentive to the concerns of our customers about salt and fat content, potential allergens, and the inclusion of artificial ingredients or preservatives. As the company’s founder, Jyoti Gupta, is a licensed dietician, ensuring that her products meet high nutritional standards is always a top priority.

Our products are made domestically using fresh, quality produce with no chemical  additives. We keep the levels of fat and salt low and all of our products are wheat and gluten free. A number of our products are also dairy free and the majority of JYOTi Natural products are vegetarian (although they are versatile enough to complement meat if so desired.)
